This machine is made in China and installed in India by Trasy Enterprises. The model of the macvhine is RTH. This is a Hot Melt coating machine used for making label stock. This is a fully automatic and high speed productive machine. The Maximum coating speed is 150 meters per Minute.
This machine has capacity of holding 1 meter diameter rollers on both the unwind stations and the unwinders have tension controlled with load cells feedback. Unwinding stations has roll lifting facilities and also equiped with the electronic Edge guide systems.
This video shows machine is coating 15 GSM of glue on silicon paper and laminating to 80 GSM of chromo paper.
The machine has a air blade rotary blade slitting system inline for trim removal. It can rewind up to 1 meter diameter. The rewinder tension control is programmed, and uses a Servo motor.
This machine is 10 meters in length, 4 meters in width and 3 meters in height. It requires, about 60 HP connected electric load, and also provision of compressed air and chilled water circulation.
