We supply two machines to make sticky insect traps:
1. A Machine for the Hotmelt coating on for the traps
2. Machine which cut the roll to sheet and punch hole in to the trap sheet.
With this combination of two machines, one requires a compressed air supply to run these machines. Area required for making insect traps is minimum 500 square feet with 3 phase power connection of at least 15 horsepower.
The material used is
1. 270 micron thickness PVC
2. 70 GSM silicon paper on each side.
3. 30 GSM of Hotmelt adhesive on each side.
The indicative raw material cost as on today is about Rs. 97 for 1 sqm of sticky trap.
The addition of Power bill, manpower, transportation, marketing charges and finance charges will be extra depending on your Company.
The production from this machine is about 1000 sqm Per shift of 8 hours.
Calculating the cost of all; Estimated profit is Rs. 1 Lakh per shift; if run with 100% efficiency.
Another model of coating machine with both side coating simultaneously will give double the production but the initial investment cost will be around 24 Lakh.
