• Always use recommended hot melt adhesives compatible with machine type (slot die / roller coater / spray).
• Keep melter lid closed to avoid contamination.
• Never use metal tools to scrape inside tank; use wooden or Teflon scrapers.
• During long shutdowns, purge system completely and fill with Trasy-approved cleaning compound.
• Maintain room temperature (20–30°C) and humidity below 60% for adhesive consistency.
