Description

This hot melt glue will stick strong on any kind of bottle surface during heat shrink for the PVC, PET, OPS shrink label in process. Type of Adhesive used is with: Base :Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Colour : Brownish Yellow Viscosity : 275-600 cP at 150 degree C, Softening Point : 65-75 degree C, 3.5 Density : 0.99 + 0.03 g/cm3 at 30 degree C Applicator Device This applicator device can be installed in any shrink label center/seaming machine. The glue will be applied on the back side surface of the shrink label approximately thickness 10~15 micron before process center sealing. Label size length is 100 mm, special hot melt glue line width is 10 mm. Suppose price of special hot melt glue is USD 13/Kg. Then the Cost = 0.51 Cent per meter per glue line.
