Slitting Machine • Function: Converts jumbo rolls of medical-grade paper and plastic laminate into smaller width rolls as per required sizes. • Input: Jumbo rolls (paper, plastic laminate) • Output: Slit rolls of required width (e.g., 75mm, 150mm, 400mm) ________________________________________ B. Gravure Printing Machine (3-Color) • Function: Prints essential information and sterilisation indicators on the paper. • Color Usage: o 1 color: Manufacturer’s name, size, and batch information o 2 colors: Indicator inks for Steam and ETO sterilisation • Quality: Uses sterilisation-stable ink that does not smudge or fade during sterilisation processes. ________________________________________ C. Sterilized Reel/Pouch Making Machine • Function: Produces sealed sterilisation reels and pouches by combining two-layer materials—medical-grade paper and laminated plastic film (PET / CPP). • Materials: o Paper + Film o Paper + Paper (for some applications) • Output: o Flat sterilisation pouches o Continuous sterilisation reels Production Capacity • Minimum Output: 1500 sqm per 8 hours at 100% efficiency
