Customer Requirement:
1. Base Material Preparation – Nonwoven / fabric / paper rolls are loaded. 2. Adhesive Preparation – Medical-grade hot melt adhesive is melted and homogenized. 3. Hot Melt Coating – Coating done using Trasy Hot Melt Coating Machine with precision gravure or slot die system. 4. Cooling and Rewinding – The coated web is cooled, then rewound into jumbo rolls. 5. Slitting and Rewinding – Using Trasy Slitting Machine, jumbo rolls are slit into standard widths (1–10 cm). 6. Packing and Dispatch – Rolls are packed under controlled conditions and labeled.
